RESPONSE TIMES: We respond to sales and customer service inquiries 7 days a week. We usually reply the same day within 1-4 hours. Please allow up to 8 hours from 8am-6pm MST on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends. Sales and customer support is typically unavailable on US national holidays, but we will get back to you right after. 

NON-SALES/SERVICE INQUIRIES: Non-solicitous inquires (outside of sales or customer service) please include email AND phone number for a response. 

SAMPLES AND DISCOUNTS: We do not provide free samples of our products, but do offer quantity discounts to resellers.
